When founding Berg, directors Matt Bergman and Carly Plunkett had the opportunity to re-think what a builder could be. Tired of the homes on offer locally providing little in the way of variation, Berg’s integrated approach was born.
When building their own home, Matt and Carly saw first-hand that a true understanding of the lifestyles of home owners was missing – vital in delivering homes that were tailored to their needs.
They knew that in order to deliver the bespoke level of detail required, a holistic approach to design and build was required. At Berg, equal weight is given to the architectural design, interiors and build of each project. And every stage is carried out under the watchful eye of Matt and Carly.
Involvement from brief to delivery means the smallest of needs are understood and delivered, costs are managed and budgets are met. Surprises are avoided.
